Refund policy
- We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund, replacement, or to report a damaged/wrong product, an uncut unboxing video is required. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the start.

- If your return is accepted, return charges would have to be borne by the customer.( Rs100/-) or the customer can ship it by themselves.
- 'On Sale' Products are not eligible for Return/Exchange.

Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.

Exchange/Replacement will be accepted within 5 days of delivery.
The replacement/exchange item will get dispatched within 3 to 4 working days from the date of your return request approval.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
